Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to clients by meeting basic needs and monitoring behaviors.
• Support the clinician and coordinator in crisis planning and intervention.
• Assist clients with developmentally appropriate activities and routines.
• Maintain complete and accurate shift notes and incident reports.
• Adhere to all organization policies and procedures and safety protocols.
• Demonstrate a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach in all interactions.
• Collaborate with the treatment team and families to achieve treatment goals.
• Ensure client safety and report any hazards or unsafe behavior promptly.
