  • SCO Family of Services welcomes you to join our team and help us fulfill our mission to build a stronger tomorrow.
  • Ensure residents receive quality care in health, safety, clothing, hygiene, and meals.
  • Establish ADL routines including house chores, room chores, wake-ups, lights-out, laundry, cooking, etc.
  • Supervise individual and group activities such as trips, sports events, crafts, etc.
  • Maintain all elements of behavior management, including restriction systems, negotiations, and confrontation techniques.
  • Attend to the educational, vocational, health, and mental health needs of residents.
  • Model positive behavior and address negative behavior appropriately.
  • Support the creation of a safe, orderly, and caring environment aligned with the program's mission.
  • Perform any other assigned tasks.

Education
