Job summary

ST. CHARLES HEALTH SYSTEM is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide patient and family focused care across various units. The role reports to the Department Manager/Assistant Nurse Manager and supports 24/7 care, maintaining patient dignity and comfort.

Required CNA certification with Oregon State Board of Nursing and BLS. The position offers relief shifts with a pay range of $23.74–$30.39 per hour plus a 15% relief differential.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant with Oregon State Board of Nursing.
• AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers certification.
• Ability to assist with activities of daily living and patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and ensure comfort.
• Take and record vital signs and report abnormalities promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness, PPE usage, and infection control protocols.
• Document care provided in the electronic health record (EHR).
• Support safety and fall prevention during patient movement.
