Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold Oregon Certified Nursing Assistant license.

• Strong patient and family communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting).
• Take and record vital signs and report abnormalities.
• Assist with patient transfers, mobility, and fall prevention.
• Document care in the electronic health record accurately.
• Support infection prevention and PPE use.
• Provide patient- and family-centered care and education.
