You will follow the organization's mission, policies, and the Oregon State Board of Nursing guidelines while delivering compassionate support. You will assist with ADLs, monitor vital signs, document care in the EHR, and participate in safety, infection prevention, and continuous quality improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• Assists with activities of daily living (ADLs) and provides personal hygiene care.
• Maintains patient dignity and comfort during routine activities.
• Accurately measures and records vital signs and reports abnormalities.
• Documents care in the electronic health record (EHR) per standards.
• Follows infection prevention protocols and PPE guidelines.
