Job summary

Watkins Distributing, LLC, Idaho-based beverage distributor, seeks a Relief Sales Representative to cover for vacation and absences, ensuring continuity of sales, merchandising, and service. Qualifications

• Prior beverage sales, merchandising, or delivery experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to adapt to changing routes and responsibilities.
• Reliable, flexible, and dependable with a team-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Cover assigned sales routes and territories as needed.
• Maintain product inventory levels by monitoring accounts, placing orders, and communicating with store contacts.
• Merchandise products to company standards, including stocking shelves, rotating product, and building displays.
• Assist with deliveries when needed, including unloading, checking in product, and ensuring accurate delivery.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers by providing reliable service and resolving basic sales or service issues.
• Support sales initiatives by executing pricing changes, promotions, and resets as directed.
• Stay knowledgeable on company products, pricing, and market conditions.
• Communicate route activity, issues, and opportunities to sales management.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
