Job summary

Fanatics Collectibles is seeking a Relic Coordinator to join our Product Assessment team in Sunnyvale. This on-site role partners with Product Development, Project Management, and Athlete Partnerships to assess inventory, procure relics, and provide memorabilia to the manufacturing team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in manufacturing or production environments preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift 30 lbs.
• 2-3 years of related work experience.
• Proficiency with Airtable and Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the full product assessment process with cross-functional teams.
• Update assessment sheets with relic quantities for fulfillment.
• Read and troubleshoot product documents, BOMs, and EDRs.
• Manage inventory returns and reflect on-hand availability in Oracle.
• Communicate across teams to lead relic assessment.
• Log hours in Airtable and track tasks.
• Support Relic Ops with new processes and security measures.
