You will operate guillotine cutters, die cutters, and precision cutting machines, perform quality inspections, and assist with setup and maintenance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience operating cutting equipment in manufacturing, printing, packaging, or production.
• Ability to read measurements accurately and follow specifications.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate cutting equipment (guillotine, die cutters, precision cutters) per safety and production procedures.
• Cut printed trading card sheets to required dimensions with proper registration and alignment.
• Review work orders and specs to ensure correct setup and execution.
• Perform quality inspections to verify cut accuracy and overall quality.
• Monitor equipment performance and adjust to maintain cutting precision.
• Identify and remove defective materials before next stage.
• Maintain production records (quantities, waste, downtime).
• Assist with machine setup, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting.
