Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Meet COMAR 13A.06.07.09 requirements.
• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Five years of satisfactory driving experience.
• No more than two (2) driving points; satisfactory history per Transportation Director.
• Ability to read/write/speak English.
• Negative drug screen required.
• Ability to lift/carry at least 65 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Transport passengers safely to and from schools and programs.
• Maintain appropriate student management.
• Conduct pre-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety.
• Maintain records and submit required reports.
• Attend in-service trainings to maintain qualifications.
• Be punctual with good attendance.
• Perform other transportation duties as assigned.
