Job summary

A-Abel Family of Companies is seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The role emphasizes safety, customer service, and accurate documentation in a dynamic field service environment.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of HVAC experience, strong diagnostic abilities, and a valid driver’s license. Certification such as EPA 608 is preferred, with opportunities for ongoing training and career

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 2 years of HVAC experience.
• EPA Section 608 or similar certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems to meet safety and performance standards.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC issues, including leaks and electrical problems.
• Interact with customers to discuss issues, explain procedures, and provide cost estimates.
• Maintain accurate service records and provide detailed reports to supervisors and customers.
