The role blends household management with childcare, requiring organization, reliability, and a proactive approach. Mornings focus on groceries, linens, dry cleaning drop-offs/pick-ups and coordinating with the housekeeper; afternoons provide childcare, routines and activities.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of professional nannying or family assistant/management experience.
• Must be legal to work in the US.
• Local to the DC-metro area (DC, MD, VA).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Licensed driver with a clean driving record & car to get to work.

Responsabilités

• Mornings: household management tasks such as grocery shopping, washing linens, dry cleaning drop-offs/pick-ups, and coordinating with the housekeeper.
• Afternoons: childcare support, routines, activities and daily needs for two children.
• Assist with keeping the home organized and running smoothly.
• Drive as needed; gas reimbursement provided; dog walker handles the family’s dog usually.
