White House Nannies Inc. in Leesburg, VA seeks an organized and energetic Family Assistant to support a busy household and three children after school during school days.

The role includes childcare-related household tasks, meal prep, and errands while kids are at school, with hands-on time after 3:15 PM for enrichment activities. The ideal candidate has 3 years of experience, is a licensed driver, and can work full-time with a Monday–Friday schedule (8am-5pm or 9am-6pm).

Qualifications

• 3 years of recent childcare/family assistant experience.
• Must be legal to work in the US.
• Must be local to the DC-metro area (DC, MD, VA).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Licensed driver with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform childcare-oriented household tasks (laundry, meal prep, organizing bedrooms and belongings).
• Drop off dry cleaning and grocery shopping for family dinners.
• Prepare snacks and lunches for children.
• Engage children in outdoor play, arts & crafts, library visits and other activities.
