Job summary

Coeur Rochester, a world-class open-pit, heap-leach operation in Nevada, seeks a Fixed Maintenance Reliability Technician to ensure reliable crushing circuit operation through inspections, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance. You will identify mechanical issues, improve equipment performance, and minimize downtime.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, experience with industrial machinery troubleshooting, and proficiency in MS Office, plus strong safety awareness and the ability

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience troubleshooting industrial machinery.
• Willingness to maintain strict adherence to safety rules and regulations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all plant safety and environmental guidelines, policies, and procedures.
• Perform condition-monitoring routes including vibration routes, thermography routes, oil sampling, inspections, and reviewing data.
• Work with maintenance and operations to expand condition-monitoring systems at the mine site.
• Contribute to documentation of Reliability program activities and operations.
• Participate in precision maintenance operations, including shaft and belt alignment.
• Use hand tools, power tools and precision-measuring devices and testing instruments.
