Nevada Gold Mines is seeking a Fixed Maintenance Technician at Turquoise Ridge operations in Nevada. You will perform preventative maintenance and repair of surface and underground mining equipment such as crushers, conveyors, and hoists to support safe, productive operations.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and hands-on fabrication using welding and cutting; experience with hydraulics and precision tools is valued.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of conveyor systems is required.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair pumps is required.
• Basic fabrication skills including welding and cutting are required.
• Ability to identify parts by make, model, size, and type is required.
• Hydraulics/pneumatics knowledge is preferred.
• Hoist/shaft maintenance knowledge for underground mines is preferred.
• Reading precision measuring tools and torque wrenches is preferred.
• Excellent safety and attendance record is required.
• Demonstrated ability to perform essential functions of the job is required.
