Job summary

TRG is seeking a detail-oriented IT Systems Technician to support vision systems in a manufacturing setting. You will troubleshoot software, maintain hardware, and ensure instrument reliability for electrode inspection.

You will analyze vendor vision programs, diagnose failures, and document root causes for both software and hardware issues, while monitoring performance and performing precise microscopy-based measurements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3+ years in machining or a related technical field.
• Associate Degree or technical training preferred.
• Solid understanding of computer components (CPU, RAM, graphics drivers).
• Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and task management in a fast-paced setting.
• Safety-focused, collaborative, and organized workspace per 5S3R standards.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot software, maintain hardware, and ensure system accuracy and reliability for electrode component inspection.
• Analyze vendor vision programs, diagnose issues, and document root causes for software and hardware failures.
• Monitor system performance via logs and perform precise measurements with tools like microscopes; maintain wiring.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in line with 5S3R principles.
