Job summary

Lilly in Lebanon, Indiana, is seeking an Associate Director for Facilities, Utilities, and Maintenance to lead maintenance, utilities, and reliability for the LP2 advanced therapies manufacturing site. You will supervise engineers and maintenance staff, drive reliability programs, and partner across the engineering organization to deliver robust, compliant operations.

The role requires a B.S. in Engineering with 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience and 2+ years in leadership.

Qualifications

B.S. in Engineering is required for the role.
5+ years of engineering manufacturing-related experience.
2+ years in a leadership position within a manufacturing organization.
Ability to instill teamwork and communicate effectively.
Ability to make independent decisions and network with others.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coach engineering and maintenance staff, with performance reviews.
Staffing, resource planning, and succession planning.
Coordinate maintenance, reliability, and utilities activities.
Review financials and commit to targets.
Ensure compliance and develop maintenance programs.
Lead cross-functional standards and rigorous engineering practices.
Participate in LP2 management sub-teams.
