Job summary

Evonik Industries AG seeks a Technical Hub Manager in Pasadena, TX to lead the Houston Technical Team and drive site reliability across multiple sites. You will coordinate maintenance programs, manage staffing and budgets, and ensure alignment with Evonik policies and reliability goals.

You will oversee contractors, promote a safety‑first culture, and collaborate with regional teams to optimize service delivery and cost efficiency for the Houston plants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
• 10+ years of maintenance, reliability, or project management experience preferred.
• Familiarity with SAP is preferred.
• Strong conflict resolution and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the HTT team, promoting safety and high performance.
• Maintain regular communication with regional site management to identify service needs.
• Manage team development, training, tools, expenses, and timesheets.
• Support maintenance and reliability programs, including TPM initiatives.
• Oversee contractors and vendors, including qualification and performance.
