Qualifications

- Minimum 10 years in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong background in maintenance or reliability engineering.
- Willingness to travel 25–50% on a typical basis.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Americas Region Reliability Excellence Team across Evonik production sites.
- Define and leverage best-in-class equipment reliability and maintenance standards.
- Develop improvement initiatives to enhance site availability and efficiency.
- Coordinate with technical decision-makers to support regional site performance.
- Propose cost-effective solutions to improve profitability and outcomes.
- Oversee reliability and maintenance improvement projects with cross-functional teams.
- Monitor market trends and advise strategic development decisions.
