• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical/electrical components affecting safety and uptime.
• Execute proactive maintenance plans including PM, PdM, and CM activities.
• Communicate findings and improvements to operations and leadership.
• Mentor other Reliability Techs and support PI efforts.
