• Analyze current workflows, production processes and system performance.
• Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks and waste.
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase throughput and reliability.
• Lead Kaizen events and reliability initiatives (RCA, RC­M).
• Drive cost reductions and standardize best practices across operations.
