The Reliability & Maintenance Services Engineer is responsible for providing technical, engineering, estimating, and operational support for specialty engineered services, with a primary focus on Chemical Cleaning, Steam Blow, High-Velocity Oil Flushing, and related reliability and pre-commissioning services. This position serves as a key technical resource for the Sales, Project Management, Engineering, and Field Services teams and is involved throughout the project lifecycle, from initial opportunity development and estimating through project execution and closeout. The Reliability Services Engineer will perform field job walks for Chemical Cleaning and Steam Blow, and Oil Flushing opportunities to evaluate project requirements, review system configurations, P&IDs, engineering drawings, and other technical documentation, and assist SAMs with developing accurate and competitive project quotes and bids.
The Reliability & Maintenance Services Engineer is also responsible for developing and reviewing engineering procedures, work plans, drawings, flow diagrams, calculations, and other technical documentation necessary to safely and effectively execute projects. The position will provide ongoing engineering and operational support to the Field Services team, assist with troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges in the field, and work closely with customers, contractors, engineers, project managers, supervisors, and internal personnel to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and successfully executed. The Reliability Services Engineer may also be responsible for managing and running projects assigned, including project planning, scheduling, resource coordination, field support, customer communication, documentation, and project closeout. The position is expected to apply sound engineering principles and practical field experience to develop safe, efficient, and cost-effective solutions while supporting overall project profitability and operational success.
