Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed engineered job estimates/proposals.
• Collaborate with third parties to gather cost data for quotes.
• Enter customer and job data into NetSuite CRM.
• Maintain tracking and SME-related documentation.
• Communicate with Senior Account Managers and Inside Sales daily.
• Provide sales and customer support to operations and field teams.
• Prepare job reports and forecasts.
• Estimate resources for lubrication-based jobs (manpower, equipment, materials, time).
• Develop lubrication service procedures and indicate flow on PIDs.
• Coordinate with vendors for pricing input on quotes.
• Perform safety meetings and training; participate in cross-functional planning.
• Support project execution from opportunity through closeout.
