Conco Services LLC is seeking a Reliability & Maintenance Services Engineer for the La Porte, TX location. The role focuses on chemical cleaning, steam blow, and related reliability and pre-commissioning services, supporting sales, project management and field teams throughout the project lifecycle.

The position requires 10+ years in steam/air blow and chemical cleaning, a HS diploma or GED with PM experience, and strong MS Office and NetSuite CRM skills to develop safe, cost-effective solutions

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Steam & Air Blow Services.
• 10+ years of experience in Chemical Cleaning Services.
• HS Diploma or GED with 5+ years in field services; engineering degree preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office with emphasis on NetSuite CRM.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed engineered job estimates/proposals.
• Work with third parties to gather cost data for quotes.
• Enter customer and job data into NetSuite CRM.
• Maintain tracking and SME-related data documents.
• Coordinate with Senior Account Manager and Inside Sales.
• Provide account management support to Sales, customers and operations.
• Travel 50% for field work.
