Job summary

Conco Services, based in La Porte, TX, is seeking a Reliability & Maintenance Engineer to support our condenser cleaning and related service lines. Responsibilities include estimating job costs, data entry in NetSuite CRM, and coordination with senior sales staff.

Travel up to 30% is expected. The role requires extensive hands-on experience in steam and chemical cleaning, pump and lubrication processes, and a strong MS Office/NetSuite workflow.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in Steam & Air Blow Services.
• 10+ years' experience in Chemical Cleaning Services.
• 10+ years' experience in High Velocity Oil Flushing.
• 5+ years project management in field services; Engineering degree highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed engineered job estimates/proposals per the director's direction.
• Work with third parties to gather cost data for quotes.
• Enter customer and job data into NetSuite CRM.
• Communicate daily with Senior Account Managers and Inside Sales.
• Travel as required (30%).
