• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-moving environment.
• Good written and verbal communication; solid engineering fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize safety in the plant through leadership of direct/indirect reports and personnel.
• Develop PM, PdM, CMMS and FMEA programs to reduce maintenance costs and increase throughput.
• Leverage CMMS data to assess failure probability and improve uptime.
• Apply lean manufacturing principles in daily operations and improvement strategies.
• Provide technical problem solving to drive continuous improvement of processes and equipment.
