Campbell Soup Company seeks a seasoned manufacturing leader to head a work team of 40–60 associates, driving safety, quality, schedule adherence and cost performance. You will coach, mentor and escalate issues, while coordinating health and safety and food safety training to sustain high standards.

Modeling Campbell Leadership Expectations, leads a work team (40 - 60 members) who is responsible for safety, quality, schedule attainment, sanitation and cost performance. Leads team meetings and removes barriers to improve team performance. Engages team members in operational improvement initiatives through facilitation and coaching. Coordinates and delivers training related to health and safety and food safety. Maintains positive employee relations and proactively investigates issues/grievances. Ensures that team members are trained to safely perform job tasks.
The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $60,200-$82,800 Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
