Job summary

Helion Group is seeking a maintenance leader to design and implement a comprehensive preventive maintenance program for our manufacturing assets. You will drive higher PM completion, reliability, and OEE through disciplined planning and hands-on leadership.

You will mentor technicians, streamline workflows, and leverage CMMS data to identify and close performance gaps, ensuring consistency and accountability across the maintenance organization.
