Sigan is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead installation, repair, and maintenance operations across facilities and production lines in Ottawa, Illinois. You will drive reliability improvements, manage PM programs, and ensure safety standards while coordinating technicians on critical tasks.

You will plan repair schedules, review cost estimates, coach team leads, and maintain thorough maintenance documentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a maintenance manager in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with PLC and servo systems; strong grounding in electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
• Experience with liquid filling equipment; background in the personal care industry is a plus.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office for planning, tracking, and reporting.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication; meticulous organization and multitasking.
• Proven success implementing maintenance best practices and standardized processes.

Lead the heartbeat of our operationsPicture your day starting on the production floor, scanning dashboards and maintenance logs, prioritizing the most critical work orders, and aligning technicians on safe, efficient execution. By mid-morning, you’re walking the line—auditing preventive maintenance (PM) tasks, checking liquid filling equipment performance, and solving a tricky PLC/servo issue to keep throughput on target. After lunch, you’re reviewing vendor quotes, approving spare parts orders, and updating the rolling maintenance budget.
