Job summary

Amazon in Perrysburg, OH is seeking an RME Planner to develop maintenance plans, schedule preventive and predictive maintenance, and estimate labor hours, materials, tools, and equipment for all work orders to support a proactive, reliability-centered maintenance program.

You will collaborate with maintenance management, technicians, and vendors to plan, coordinate, and schedule proactive maintenance activities during downtime, ensure spare parts are stocked, and drive 85% planned work targets

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
1+ years of experience using Microsoft Office products.
1+ years of experience using a computer maintenance management system (CMMS) for planning, scheduling and auditing facilities maintenance.
Travel up to 15% of the time.

Responsibilities

Screen work orders and analyze scope requirements to schedule maintenance activities based on resources, criticality, and windows.
Audit equipment, order spare parts, and coordinate with vendors for repairs.
Plan reliability improvement projects and collect drawings/specifications to maximize efficiency and performance.
Lead proactive maintenance programs targeting 85% planned work, derived from APM in Amazon's maintenance cycle.
Move up to 49lbs, stand and walk up to 12 hours, climb ladders and gangways, and perform bending, lifting, and reaching as required.
