Job summary

Amazon is seeking a detail-oriented RME Planner in Perrysburg, OH to develop maintenance plans and schedules using PM activities, predictive data, and KPIs. You will screen APM work orders, audit equipment, and estimate labor hours, materials, and tools for planned work orders to support a proactive, reliability-centered program.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent diploma required.
• 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
• 1+ years of using a computer maintenance management system in planning, scheduling and auditing facilities/maintenance activities.
• Travel up to 15% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Screen work orders and analyze scope requirements to schedule maintenance activities based on resources, criticality, and windows.
• Perform equipment audits and order spare parts for facility and MHE, coordinating with vendors for repairs.
• Plan reliability improvement projects and gather engineering drawings and specs to maximize system efficiency.
• Drive proactive maintenance programs to achieve 85% planned work targets and ensure activities derive from APM and close in the maintenance cycle.
• Move up to 49lbs, stand/walk up to 12 hours, climb ladders and gangways, and perform bending, lifting, reaching.
