Atkore is seeking a Maintenance Lead for the Kokomo facility to drive equipment reliability, lead maintenance technicians, and partner with Engineering, Quality, and Operations to maximize uptime and asset performance. This hands-on leader will champion CMMS usage, preventive and predictive maintenance, root cause analysis, and a safety-first culture, coaching the team toward continuous improvement.

You will plan priorities with Supervisors, ensure PM completion, and promote safe work practices

Competenze

• Minimum eight years of maintenance experience.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and stand 12 hours per day.
• Ability to read schematics and blueprints.
• Effective communication skills.
• Basic understanding of power and control systems.

• Execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
