Job summary

The Reliability Leader at Amp Americas will develop and implement reliability strategies across all RNG sites in the Chicago area, driving the Reliability Roadmap and cost improvements. You will lead predictive and preventive maintenance programs, establish maintenance plans, and mentor teams in advanced reliability techniques.

Collaborate with Technology, Maintenance, Operations, Production, and the Support Center to optimize asset reliability, share best practices, and ensure safety and MIQA

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred).
• 5–7 years in engineering, reliability, maintenance, or military-equivalent roles.
• Willingness to travel 50–60%.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to lead through influence across functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement reliability strategies across RNG sites.
• Create maintenance plans, inspections, predictive and preventive maintenance (PPM).
• Lead proactive maintenance initiatives and shift from reactive to proactive maintenance.
• Support maintenance planning via site master data and improve task scopes.
• Evaluate predictive maintenance programs and establish reliability activities.
• Collaborate with Technology, Maintenance, Operations, and Production teams.
