Job summary

Saige Partners is seeking a Reliability Leader in DeWitt, IA to oversee a 24/7 maintenance and reliability organization. You will drive strategies to improve equipment reliability, minimize downtime, and support operational excellence while mentoring a multi-disciplinary team of engineers, planners, schedulers, and technicians.

You will partner with Operations and Engineering to align maintenance priorities with production objectives, lead RCA efforts, and manage budgets, vendors, and service

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance management in 24/7 manufacturing.
• Experience leading multi-shift maintenance teams.
• Strong knowledge of preventive, predictive, corrective, and emergency maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance and reliability organization in a 24/7 facility.
• Direct preventive, predictive, corrective, and emergency maintenance activities.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and adherence to policies and standards.
• Collaborate with Operations and Engineering on maintenance strategy alignment.
• Support installations, upgrades, and commissioning for long-term reliability.
• Develop strategies to minimize downtime and improve asset performance.
• Establish and monitor maintenance KPIs using CMMS data and metrics.
• Oversee planning, scheduling, and parts kitting for efficiency.
• Manage budgets, contractors, and external service providers.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for failures.
• Champion continuous improvement and reliability best practices.
