Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a GQ Operations Technician in Boise, Idaho. You will bridge production and engineering teams, drive workflow optimization, and resolve complex manufacturing issues to improve quality and throughput.

You will leverage technical expertise and data- driven methods, including AI tools, to support continuous improvement and accurate documentation across manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent technical experience in engineering/industrial tech.
• Experience troubleshooting manufacturing processes and workflow disruptions.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills for fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency with computer-based manufacturing systems and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Monitor workstation performance and cycle times to identify constraints and drive improvements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product flow interruptions, lot holds, and MES errors.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Equipment Support, and Production to boost equipment productivity and process execution.
• Lead advanced technical training of Manufacturing Technicians and maintain training materials.
