• Associate’s degree or equivalent technical experience required.
• Experience troubleshooting manufacturing processes and equipment issues.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization in fast-paced settings.
• Proficiency with computer-based manufacturing systems, MS Office, and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Monitor workstation performance, cycle time, and reports to identify constraints.
• Troubleshoot product flow interruptions, holds, lockups, and data transfer issues.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Equipment Support and Production to improve productivity.
• Lead advanced technical training, mentoring technicians, and maintaining materials.
• Manage WIP priorities, bottlenecks, and scheduling to meet production goals.
• Conduct equipment audits and support preventive maintenance activities.
