Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in quality engineering in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Proven root-cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
• Strong data-analysis skills and proficiency with QA methodologies.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams across global sites.
• Excellent communication to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead global quality initiatives to build, implement, and sustain deviation management processes.
• Drive the Issue Tracker SWAT team, deploying BKMs and standardizing practices.
• Analyze and resolve deviations with data-driven fab improvement recommendations.
• Drive quality improvements, resolving non-conformances and preventive actions.
• Improve quality metrics like CoNC and %NCD through system enhancements.
• Form cross-functional task forces to address quality health and performance.
• Drive AI-powered project solutions to optimize efficiency and resolution.
• Set up key quality programs from planning through deployment in Fab4.
