Pepper Maintenance Systems Inc. is seeking a driven Reliability Field Technician to join our team. In this dynamic role, you will utilize infrared thermography and cutting-edge industrial maintenance technologies to identify developing equipment issues, assess machinery condition, prevent unexpected downtime, and optimize asset performance. You’ll apply thermal imaging and other predictive maintenance techniques to uncover hidden problems before they become costly failures, while delivering reliable, high-quality solutions to our diverse client base. If you enjoy hands-on, field-based problem-solving, working with advanced diagnostic technology, and driving equipment reliability-while still maintaining your weekend work-life balance-this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Collection & Scans: Conduct infrared thermography scans on industrial electrical systems and collect vibration data on critical rotating equipment.
• Field Travel: Travel weekly to various client facilities to execute diagnostic testing and field services.
• Reporting: Document and report data findings accurately to assist clients with their preventative and predictive maintenance programs.

Qualifications & Skills

• Computer Literacy: Strong computer skills with a solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Infrared Certification: Level 1 required; Level 2 is highly preferred. *Open to candidates willing to obtain certification.
• Vibration Certification: CAT 1 is preferred.
• Industry Experience: Experience working within the grain or milling industry is a plus.
• General Experience: Industrial maintenance or reliability experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Travel Comfort: Ability and willingness to travel during the week.
• Must be comfortable with heights.
