Job summary

Mercor is seeking an Incident management / reliability / SRE Evaluator for a remote, contract-based role in the United States. You will assess AI-generated artifacts, flag issues across documents and decks, and deliver structured feedback to improve outputs.

With 5+ years in the field and fluency in English, you will work asynchronously to meet deadlines and help enhance model performance for AI research labs partnered with Mercor.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Incident management, reliability, or SRE.
• Native or professional fluency in English.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially Slides.

Position: Incident management / reliability / SRE Evaluator Type: Contract Compensation: $80–$120/hour Location: Remote
