Responsibilities

• Ensure service calls and machinery repairs are completed in a timely manner
• Establish work schedules, shift assignments and work prioritization
• Track equipment failures, problems, spare parts, maintenance logs
• Ensure documentation of maintenance work and activities performed
• Spearhead continuous improvement activities with production and other departments
• Control budget for assigned cost centers
• Evaluate, recommend, and implement process, machine, and design improvements
