Job summary

Apple Cloud Networking seeks an experienced Reliability Engineering Manager to lead a Production Engineering team responsible for the availability, latency, and resiliency of its global network services. You will mentor engineers, define standards, and partner with software, infrastructure and operations teams.

You will focus on SRE practices, release engineering, and data-driven decisions to prevent outages and improve operational maturity at scale.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software, systems, or infrastructure engineering.
• 6+ years in a technical leadership role with people management.
• Experience designing, operating and supporting highly available distributed systems at scale.
• Hands-on reliability engineering, SRE, or large-scale production operations.
• Strong understanding of networking and SDN.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a Production Engineering team focused on reliability and resiliency.
• Define reliability and resiliency strategy for Apple’s network platform services.
• Build, scale and mentor a high-performing team championing SRE and SWE best practices.
• Foster cross-functional partnerships to embed reliability throughout the system lifecycle.
