Job summary

You will coordinate with stakeholders, manage risks, and drive continuous improvement across complex infrastructure programs in a fast-paced environment. This role emphasizes strategic collaboration and decisive communication at all levels.

Qualifications

• Proven experience presenting to all levels of an organization.
• Deep experience in software development project/program management, including end-to-end delivery and roadmaps.
• Strong facilitation skills across requirements sessions, design meetings, and status updates.
• Experience in ongoing process improvement and risk mitigation.
• Proficiency with MacOS, iPadOS, and iOS.
• Experience with collaboration tools such as MS Office and Wrike.
• 10+ years of proven PM experience in Site Reliability/DevOps/Infra is a plus.
• Experience leading Cloud Infrastructure programs and networking knowledge is a plus.
• Strong communication across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with multi-functional EPMs to align and support broad programs and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Develop and enforce program management disciplines, track commitments and milestones, and unblock issues.
• Drive issue reporting and clear communication of risks and status.
