Job summary

EmergencyMD seeks a highly experienced Reliability Engineering leader to drive continuous improvement in ESP product quality. You will head a team of engineers and technicians, coordinating DIFA investigations, root-cause analyses, and detailed reporting for clients.

You will mentor staff, develop testing criteria, and provide technical support to Service Center, Field operations, and Sales, while promoting ISO 9000 quality practices and EHS compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or closely related field.
• Minimum 7+ years in Reliability Engineering or 10+ years ESP engineering.
• ISO 9000 quality practices familiarity.
• Proficient with MS Office and data/DB tools.
• Experience with ESP components and failure analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead Reliability team and oversee the DIFA process with scheduling and reporting.
• Mentor engineers and technicians to build technical expertise.
• Perform DIFA on ESP equipment to determine root cause and liability.
• Provide technical support to Service Center, Field, and Sales.
• Develop acceptance tests and inspection criteria.
• Monitor data and produce statistical reports on performance.
• Promote EHS processes and safety practices.
• Communicate findings clearly to clients and management.
