EmergencyMD seeks a highly experienced Reliability Engineering leader to drive continuous improvement in ESP product quality. You will head a team of engineers and technicians, coordinating DIFA investigations, root-cause analyses, and detailed reporting for clients.
You will mentor staff, develop testing criteria, and provide technical support to Service Center, Field operations, and Sales, while promoting ISO 9000 quality practices and EHS compliance.
Leads a team of Reliability Engineers and Technicians to drive continuous improvement of product quality and reliability through detailed investigation and analysis of failure event and DIFA (Disassembly, Investigation and Failure Analysis) data, to help meet or exceed client expectations.
REQUIRED EDUCATION
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering a closely related field required.
EXPERIENCE
7+ years of Reliability Engineering or Quality Assurance/Control experience or 10+ years of related ESP Engineering experience.
TRAINING
All company standard required HSE training and certifications.
SKILLS
Extensive knowledge of ESP component engineering and manufacturing techniques.
Experience in ESP applications, equipment assembly/disassembly, trouble-shooting and failure analysis preferred.
Proficient computer skills with knowledge of MS Office and/or company specific databases.
Knowledgeable with the Gagemaker System and designated support software.
Must be able to work well with stringent deadlines and possess good organizational skills.
Familiar with ISO: 9000 requirements including quality practices and procedures.
Search and locate Drawings, BOMs, MPIs and other product related documents required to support Service Center Operations.
Comfortable reading complex blueprints and customer related drawings.

WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Continuously required to move about the facility
Physical ability to immediately respond to emergency situations.
Work is mostly in non-climate controlled environment
Occasional travel and on call required
Routine standing for long periods of time
Exposure to shop and field elements such as noise, dust, odors and temperature variations
Wear appropriate personal protective equipment, including eye and hearing protection, hard hat and safety shoes while in shop environment or on job site.
This is a safety sensitive position.
WORK SCHEDULE
As per US labor law & Levare US work schedule. Be on call and work holidays and weekends when needed.
