Job summary

SLB is seeking an undergraduate to join the Reliability Engineering Co-Op Program in Sugar Land, Texas. You will support equipment reliability, preventive maintenance, asset performance, and continuous improvement within our Chemical Technologies division.

As a Reliability Engineering Co-Op, you will work with experienced engineers on failure investigations, data analysis, and projects to enhance uptime and efficiency in a chemical manufacturing environment, gaining hands-on industrial

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Reliability Engineering.
• Authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
• Willingness to work in a chemical manufacturing environment and follow safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develops and analyzes reliability data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Supports RCA, 5-Whys, and FMEA investigations.
• Assists with preventive maintenance program reviews and audits.
• Digitizes maintenance checklists and improves documentation.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to improve asset uptime.
