Job summary

Hirecruiting is seeking a Reliability Engineer in Van Buren, AR to improve equipment reliability, reduce downtime, and cut maintenance costs in a manufacturing setting. You will analyze failures, develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs, and support TPM initiatives.

You will lead RCA and FMEA efforts, manage Maintenance Planning and Predictive Maintenance teams, and travel up to 15% to deploy reliability improvements across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent, with 1–3 years manufacturing experience; or 7+ years industrial maintenance experience without a degree.
• Knowledge of RCA, FMEA, and equipment criticality assessments preferred.
• Experience with CMMS systems; SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote workplace safety and lead incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Analyze equipment data to identify recurring failures and prioritize reliability improvements.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA).
• Develop and improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Support capital projects to ensure equipment reliability and maintainability.
• Monitor equipment performance, review predictive maintenance reports, and prioritize maintenance activities.
• Maintain equipment records, bills of materials, and reliability databases.
• Apply vibration analysis, lubrication analysis, and condition-based monitoring practices.
• Support TPM initiatives and train maintenance teams on reliability practices.
• Manage and develop Maintenance Planning and Predictive Maintenance team members.
• Travel up to 15%.
