Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in reliability and continuous improvement.
- Certification in Reliability Engineering is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to reducing downtime and improving equipment performance.
- Drive development and implementation of the plant’s TPM program.
- Conduct FMEA to identify failure points and prioritize maintenance.
- Analyze data from equipment monitoring systems to predict failures.
- Prepare reports on reliability metrics (OA, MTBF, MTTR).
- Collaborate with suppliers to improve reliability and resolve issues.
- Lead or participate in projects to improve equipment reliability.
