Qualifications

• BS degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of reliability/maintenance engineering experience.
• Strong understanding of preventative and predictive maintenance concepts.
• Experience with CMMS, ERP systems, and CAD tools is preferred.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide reliability solutions to improve equipment effectiveness.
• Lead TPM, preventive, and predictive maintenance activities.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance and reliability tasks.
• Lead continuous improvement projects and equipment upgrades.
• Work with operations, maintenance, engineering and operators to troubleshoot issues.
• Translate quality metrics into design improvements and reliability actions.
• Track breakdown metrics and prioritize reliability focus areas.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective action plans.
