Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of reliability or related field experience.
• Experience leading TPM events and maintenance strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to train and mentor others in TPM.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Champion TPM system implementation to drive operational excellence.
• Lead TPM events and mentor operators on equipment maintenance.
• Develop robust processes and asset management for reliability.
• Implement predictive and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
