Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or science completed before start.
3 years in product development or reliability/quality/systems engineering in various environments.
Master's degree or higher in engineering or related field is a plus.
Experience with reliability modeling, life-data analysis, DFx, and FMEA is beneficial.
Regulatory compliance knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead reliability, verification, validation, and quality activities for next-gen electromechanical systems.
Develop reliability strategies, test plans, and verification methods for robust field performance.
Perform failure analysis and root-cause investigations with structured problem-solving.
Drive Design for Reliability and Design for Quality along with risk assessment and FMEA.
Collaborate with mechanical, electronics, firmware, manufacturing, and regulatory teams.
Contribute to new product launches across all development phases.
Generate IP positions including invention submissions and potential patents.
Engage with corporate labs to explore new technologies for energy-related products.
Develop and commercialize products to deliver energy reliably worldwide.
