Job summary

ALTEN Technology USA is seeking a Safety-focused Maintenance Reliability Engineer for our Kinston Plant in North Carolina. You will shape maintenance strategy, develop spare parts plans, and drive reliability improvements across assets while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cost-effective asset performance, lead TPM initiatives, and champion best practices in predictive maintenance, RCA, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing proactive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Develop spare parts and asset care strategies.
• Strong communicator who champions safety and compliance.
• Support capital and improvement projects and cross-functional teams.
• Drive reliability improvements through TPM, RCM, and RCA.

Responsibilities

• Define the maintenance strategy for new technologies in the Kinston Plant.
• Create a spare parts strategy for critical assets.
• Protect maintenance personnel safety and asset users.
• Deploy maintenance strategies to deliver cost-effective asset safety and reliability.
• Manage asset performance measurements and reporting.
• Communicate with customers and key stakeholders.
• Lead maintenance plan development for asset introductions.
